Creating shipping labels when missing


Preface
Sometimes an issue ours during the creation of shipping labels the following article explains the steps required to resolve this issue manually.
Warning
Only do these steps when both the tracking number and shipping label are missing and the order status is PENDING SHIPMENT

Steps

1 ensure tracking number is not filled in and Order status is pending shipment


2 Ensure Shipping label does not exist


3 On the order page press advanced then modify shipments


4 Press reset shipment , then create labels and wait for a green popup that reads save successful.

5 Right click on the orders page and press reload or use CTRL+R to refresh the page


6 Locate the shipping label and view the tracking number
