· Count the items again and check the bin to see if the item showed back up. If it is still missing proceed to next steps
· Take the completion ticket and scan the top barcode to get into the order itself. Verify the order number please.
· Verify that the line count matches the pick count on the completion ticket
· Click under advanced settings, then click the tab “Unpackage Order”
· It will ask you what bin to put the order in. Please enter the bin code on the completion ticket. For Example: 8/67
· Once it has saved that information please scan the bin barcode in the middle of the completion ticket to open up the bin itself.
· Using process of elimination find the missing item. Once you found the missing item please write down the item code and the amount on the completion ticket itself.
· Click right under the missing item and it will open up the inventory screen for the item.
· Locate the bin code and click right underneath it to transfer the item out of the bin to the missing item bin. Transfer the item to bin 557 ( This is located to the right of my computer)
· Go back into the order itself. Verify you are in the correct order.
· Click under Advanced setting and change the order status to “ Open”
· Click on Notes, then add note.
· Please type” Order is in bin _( use the bin # on your completion ticket) _for missing item process. Missing item is _____enter item code and amount missing here) Then initial date and time
· Click SAVE
· Put the rest of the item back in the bag and place in the bin on the completion ticket.
