Modifying an order Prior to packaging
Warning

Do not
use these steps to correct a Pre-packaged Delivery method (EX MAIL INNOVATIONS)
once the order status has changed to
READY TO PACK. Do however use this
to correct non pre packaged methods (ex FEDEX , UPS GROUND ) either before or
during the READY TO PACK stage

- Using Example A, Option A, Select the packing page button on the navigation window
- Locate the order number that you wish to edit and select the tray number using Option b or alternatively search the tray number in the navigation menu
- Using Example B as reference select the product you want to modify (Pressing the product code to open the product editor). Then select the source bin, in this example that would be Z0 (1) 4 -1
- Using Example D press the move to another bin option
- Scan or select the appropriate bin (The bin code transferred to is used to replenish the inventory later
- Using Example E change the quantity of the item to the appropriate amount and click Save
- (*) (**) Using Example F Press the reset button on the packing page to ensure cached data is not used on the device
Exceptions
(*) not all packages will require
using the package page to continue, and not all devices will have this data in
cache, only devices that have loaded the data prior to changes will need to
have there cache reset, this step however should be done anyway to prevent
issues in cases when the data may be already loaded.
(**) Steps above can be used to
correct MI packages before the order is in the READY TO PACK Stage
